A pesquisa foi iniciada em Mar\u00e7o de 2020 e visava investigar como as plataformas de \u00abGig economy\u00bb estavam respondendo \u00e0 crise sanit\u00e1ria e econ\u00f4mica imposta pela pandemia do coronav\u00edrus. Os maiores impactos foram sentidos pelos pr\u00f3prios trabalhadores vinculados \u00e0s plataformas, que reportaram perda de empregos e queda de renda. Para investigar as respostas das plataformas, o projeto pesquisou 120 plataformas em 23 pa\u00edses, nas categorias: Pagamento Justo, Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Justas de Trabalho, Contratos Justos, Gest\u00e3o Justa e Representa\u00e7\u00e3o Justa &#8211;\u00a0 os resultados foram expostos num relat\u00f3rio em Abril deste ano.
